MICROPOSITIONERS
In conjunction with our family of probers, we also offer a variety of micropositioners for diagnostic probing and failure analysis. Each unit provides precision motion control over X, Y and Z axes. They are designed for use with any DYMATiX prober when the appropriate probe arm is attached.
MODEL 221/222/330S
These models provide travel of 48 threads per inch and feature a magnetic base for solid placement integrity and ease of repositioning. Locking thumbscrews permit easy probe arm installation and replacement.

MODEL 329
The 329 inline micropositioner provides precision 80 threads per inch motion control of the X, Y and Z axes. The inline configuration allows more probes per ring and eliminates the need for sets of left or right hand micropositioners. Units come standard with a magnetic base, which allows rapid and easy repositioning. An optional vacuum base is also available. The 329 features locking thumbscrews for quick installation and replacement of probe arms.
