 DYMATiX was formed January 1, 2000, through the consolidation of Ultracision and Viking Semiconductor Equipment. The synergy of technologies and operations were key elements in the decision to form DYMATiX.
Both Viking and Ultracision were founded over 15 years ago for the design and development of automation equipment. Combined, over 1,600 pieces of automation equipment have been installed in Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
